Our food is fresh, flavorful and innovative. We take traditional ingredients, spices and cooking techniques from around the South to create a taste without borders. The perfect example is the Voo Doo Tuna®, one of our dishes from 15 years ago. Yet, it’s still popular today because we take conventional ingredients like peppercorn, red wine, shallots and mustard and mix them to create an innovative sauce. We sear a great sashimi grade piece of tuna in a well seasoned cast iron skillet to a perfect medium rare. Just like our food, we take our beverages to the next level. Between our 6th Street Margarita, “Z”tini and Chambord Margarita, we will bring all your taste buds alive, after a meal at Z’Tejas, We want you to recall the flavors you experienced the next day. We want you addicted to Z’Tejas.
