Hatch Chile Fest Menu
Thank you for joining us during this unique time of year when we celebrate the Hatch Chile.
The Hatch Chile is only available for a few months each year, so we create new dishes utilizing this wonderful New Mexico chile. Due to the seasonal nature of this chile, we will substitute Anaheim chiles for the Hatch in October.
