ABOUT Z'TEJAS

Z’Tejas opened its doors two decades ago in a small Victorian house-turned-restaurant in Austin, Texas. The setting offered an intimate experience, where hand-made food blended with a curated environment. Pouring our hearts into every recipe, we were inspired by guest feedback, which validated our original promise to use the freshest ingredients in every authentic and delicious Southwestern dish.

Shortly after opening, realization struck. We needed more space than just this small Victorian location! Now, 20 years later, we’re proud to be sharing our bold twist on Southwestern cuisine throughout Texas and Arizona.

MISSION STATEMENT

Since day one, we’ve been serving Southwestern foods with our signature bold, flavorful twist. Our chefs work hard to create authentic,
memorable dishes with only the best ingredients. Freshness, quality and a commitment to hand-crafted cuisine are present in every bite.

Each legendary Southwestern dish and drink is served with our warm, welcoming charm. Families, friends and groups of all sizes enjoy
the friendly culture we have cultivated here at Z’Tejas for 20 years. Grab a bunch of friends and come experience it for yourself!

As we joined communities throughout the region, Z’Tejas stayed committed to giving to local causes. Over the years, we have found great satisfaction in hosting charity events. We see it as our way to say “thank you” to each community for welcoming us into their hometown.

Z’Tejas holds fast to the original goal to use fresh ingredients in each restaurant. Our twist on traditional Southwestern foods is a community favorite and our drinks have become legendary. We’re proud of our recipes,
developed by a talented and inventive group of chefs. Because of them, our bold and innovative dishes are famous because they’re made from the best ingredients.
